Flash The Smart Cat, Kollin Vonahn and High Brow Cat owners cashed in on $24,000 in Elite Stallion Incentive Program for 1^st place in the 6 & Under Heeling class. Rackk City also took home 3^rd place in the class, netting $10,000 for owner Kollin Vonahn and High Brow Cat owners. The 1^st place win gives Flash The Smart Cat LTE $94,890 before setting foot in a ProRodeo arena in 2024.
