Members of the Commonwealth ownership group pulled in a historic payday after witnessing their horse MAGE triumph over 17 other horses to be crowned the 149^th winner of the Kentucky Derby. Darren Blanton (owner of High Brow Cat) is a seed investor in Commonwealth, a fractional investment app that allows interested parties to purchase shares of racehorses and young professional golfers to help them finance the early years of their PGA careers.

Blanton has invested in or founded over 350 early-stage startups like Commonwealth. “The concept is to democratize ownership in high value assets, so that we can allow everyone the opportunity to benefit from ownership of grade 1 racehorses by investing as little as $50 in a SEC registered platform” – Darren Blanton
